Biomechanical Engineer, Designer, Custom Manufacturer
Built an exoskeleton for military purposes to ease the consequences of severe musculoskeletal overload in infantry. Utilized CAD modeling for precision engineering, rapid prototyping, and FDM for manufacturing, custom-fabricated parts from resin-reinforced carbon fiber to enhance strength while maintaining lightness. Conducted mocap studies to optimize and complete the ergonomics and movement dynamics.
