BME 2210: Biomedical Signals, Instruments, and Measurements (Oct-Dec 2022)
This course is an introduction to the instrumentation methods used to measure, store and analyze biomedical signals. As a PLA, I graded homework and held office hours, where I explained key concepts like low- and high-pass filters and data acquisition through a hands-on ECG monitor project using Arduino UNO and AgCl electrodes. -
BME 1004: Introduction to Programming in MATLAB (Jan-Feb 2022)
In this class, I facilitated peer-led study sessions, focusing on MATLAB programming fundamentals, which improved students' coding proficiency and problem-solving abilities. -
BME 3111: Physiology and Engineering (Aug-Oct 2021; Mar-May 2022; Aug-Oct 2022)
This course provides students with an understanding of mammalian physiology and the engineering aspects of different physiological systems. As a PLA for BME 3111, I graded lab reports and assisted during lab sessions. I helped conduct various physiological experiments on anesthetized lab rats to provide students with hands-on experience in understanding mammalian physiology.
