Custom-designed mini-scale humanoid bipedal robot “from A to Z”, including kinematics, industrial design, manufacturing, electronics, simulation, and programming. After weeks of iterative design, focused on an organic aesthetic with minimized edges and a dynamic appearance, my “Yeti” robot was transitioned into the digital realm of CAD. Leveraging rapid prototyping techniques, I iteratively printed portions of the robot to validate form and fit, concurrently testing basic code functionality and electronic wiring. Subsequent weeks were dedicated to refining the robot's gait, employing simulation and real-world optimization techniques to enhance performance.
